What are Daily Deals?

Daily Deals is one featured item on sale for one day only. You are buying a certificate valid at the local restaurant, theater, spa, bar, etc. that is being featured that day.  You purchase Daily Deals with a few simple clicks, print your deal certificate on your computer, and can use it the next day!  Each certificate carries an expiration date and certain restrictions, so please read those carefully. Daily Deals is absolutely free to join.

Because these deals are so good, each deal requires a minimum quantity, or tipping point, to be purchased before the deal is valid.  Once the "tipping point" is reached, the Deal is On!  Daily Deals uses e-mail and social media to get others to sign up for the deal.  Spread the word and enjoy the savings!

How do Daily Deals work?

1. You sign up for the HalfPriceOzarks.com Daily Deals email.
2. Your favorite restaurant, bar, spa, theater, or store offers a great Daily Deals and you get emailed about the deal.
3. You purchase the deal and tell all of your friends to do the same - Friends don’t let friends miss Daily Deals!
4. If enough people purchase the deal, the deal goes live.  You are emailed the deal certificate which you can print and use the next day!
   (If the deal does not tip, the deal is canceled and you are not billed.)

How does the buyer referral program work?

Some deals will offer a buyer referral program where if you refer 3 people to buy the deal, you get your deal FREE! If a deal is eligible for buyer referral, the deal will state the referral details underneath the buy button. The buyer referral program works with a unique link that is issued to you when you buy the deal. You share this link with your friends via email, Facebook and Twitter. If your friends use that link to buy the deal, that counts as a referral. You need to meet the minimum number of 3 referrals to qualify for the FREE deal. A credit will be issued to you if you meet the minimum number of referrals. Note: Offer does not apply to shipping. Offer only good for one free gift card per deal.

What is the point of the "tipping point"?

How long do I have to use the deal? OR Do I have to use the deal today?

Each deal has an expiration date. Most deals are valid two to six months from date of purchase, but please read the Deal Restrictions for the exact expiration date of your deal.

What happens if I buy a deal, but the deal is not tipped?

Most of our Daily Deals do tip and with your help, you can make it happen. Use our Share This Deal features to share the deal with your friends. If the deal does tip by the end of the day, you get the deal and will be notified by email. If for some reason the deal do not tip, you will not be charged, but no one gets the deal. No one wants that to happen.

I bought the deal. How do I get it?

You will receive an email with your order confirmation and a link to "Print Gift Card" (assuming you chose the option to "print giftcard myself" when making the purchase. Click the link, print the gift card, and take to merchant to redeem before the expiration date.

I purchased the deal, but never received the deal. OR I received the deal email, but now I cannot find it.

Sometimes the deal email is marked as spam or goes into your email spam folder. Please check there first. To ensure you receive all emails from Half Price Ozarks, add ky3@eblastengine.com to your allowed list. If you cannot find the email, please contact us and provide your name and order number, date of purchase, or the merchant name offering the deal. We will resend the email to your email address on file.

I registered for Daily Deals, but I cannot login. How do I find my login info?

If you registered for Daily Deals by making a previous purchase, you can go to the Login Help and have your information emailed to you. If you simply signed up for the daily email subscription, this is not the same as registering for the Daily Deals. You will be asked to register for Daily Deals when you make your first purchase. Registering makes it easy to make future purchases of Daily Deals.

Is the ordering page secure and my credit card number safe?

Yes, the ordering page is secured by SSL which means your credit number is encrypted and never revealed to us or the featured business. We do not store your credit card number.

The website says I need cookies enabled to use it. How do I enable cookies?

You must have cookies enabled on your browser to make a purchase. Cookies is a technical term for the computer remembering who you are. You wouldn't want to go through the checkout process only to have the website ask what did you buy or who are you each time you go to the next page. Cookies makes this possible.

To enable cookies, please do the following:

• Go to the Privacy tab.
• Click on Sites.
